Rendezvous under my house and we will go together to the Cape Market which is only 100 meters away.

We will see lots of grocery stores from the fishmonger to the fruit and vegetable store, we will be able to buy all the special ingredients and spices that we will need to cook together eggplant caponata, busiate (Sicilian macaroni) with Sicilian pesto with sun-dried tomatoes , almonds, basil and mint, caciocavallo cheese and oregano, my own recipe . And finally we will prepare together cannoli with ricotta cream , an ancient recipe !

This was an amazing experience! She opens up her beautiful home to do the cooking classes. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the lady that was also helping us, but she is amazing also. Learning a little about how she makes the pasta and the Tiramisu was so much fun. Afterwards, her husband joined us, also a lot of fun to talk with and we all sat down at a wonderful table and ate. Everyone should experience her class. 💜
