Hi from Enrico!
My cuisine is based on the simple and genuine recipes, from my family and the Milanese tradition. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.

- I wish I could give Enrico 10 stars!! Not 6, or 7, not 8, even 9 isn’t enough! He more than doubled my expectations! I was hoping to have a fun few hours, learn a bit, and make something that tastes good…but what we got was so much more than that! Enrico (and his sous chef/wife, Cathrine!) are incredibly warm, welcoming, and FUN! We felt like we were on an episode of Stanley Tucci Finding Italy! I didn’t think I would have an experience like that ever, and this just exceeded every expectation! We now have a friend in Milan, and they have a free place to stay anytime they’re in the states! If you’re considering this, do it! You will NOT regret it!
- Warm knowledgeable host. Explained many facets of food culture in Italy. Excellent teacher and chef . Both my adult son and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food. Highly recommended.
- Our cooking class with Enrico was incredible. He and his wife were so nice and the instruction for our classic Milanese meal was great. It was a good mix of instruction as well as hands-on cooking time. Every dish was delicious and we loved getting to know more about Enrico and his family. Highly recommend if you’re in Milan!
- Enrico gave me an my daughter an unforgetable experiense. He was so friendly and so professional, by teaching us the secrets of making the best food of the italian kitchen , he used the best ingredients so the pasta and tiramisu and the ravioli were the best taste ever. We are waiting to our next tour to milano to meet again that amazing man and enjoy again from the magic of the italian food. We love you our friend , you are the best teacher
- We had the best time at Christina’s and Enricos cozy home, we felt welcomed from the very first second and the dishes were the perfect mix of traditional and flavorful Italian food. We communicated about the ingredients, allergies etc. in advance and everything was perfectly arranged. Enrico had a lot of professional tips for us and we were able to do most of the work with his guidance. We were a bachelorette party and it was the perfect end of our trip with delicious food, wine and incredible hospitality. Thank you so much Christina and Enrico, we loved to be your guest and hope to see you again one day!
