Your experience

    Come and discover all the secrets of a traditional family dish in the heart of Palermo. I will teach you how to prepare a dish from start to finish, revealing all the tricks so you can then replicate it in your own kitchen for your family or friends to taste.

    After preparing our dish, we will sit down at the table to enjoy it together with a glass of wine and lots of Sicilian warmth! Depending on the season, I propose different dishes from which you can choose: -Winter:Baked anelletti pasta with broccoli 'arriminati' (stirred) /Stuffed Artichokes -Spring: Sardine meatballs in tomato sauce/Stuffed sardines a 'beccafico' -Summer: Eggplant rolls /Sicilian-style stuffed vegetables. -Fall: Sweet and sour meatballs with onions/ Squash parmigiana Vegetarian or vegan options are always available

    Una coppia affiatata e divertente! Alice e il suo compagno hanno reso questa esperienza ancora più bella… ci siamo sentite a casa, come se fossero nostri amici da tutta la vita. Abbiamo riso, scherzato ma soprattutto cucinato e mangiato. Era tutto buonissimo e la loro gentilezza è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, abbiamo cucinato il piatto preparato insieme con una cura e un’attenzione nell’insegnarci come fare che solo le persone appassionate hanno, e Alice ne ha moltissima di passione in cucina. Casa bellissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, abbiamo pranzato in terrazzo e di loro spontanea volontà, sapendo che si trattava di un addio al nubilato, hanno allestito la terrazza a tema. Insomma, un’esperienza bellissima con persone bellissime. Grazie ragazzi ❤️

    "I was passionate about cooking and food since I was a child, accomplices grandmother who loved to cook and the whole family who loves to eat well. I therefore decided to pursue a university career in the field of gastronomy. I have faced a multidisciplinary and holistic path that has treated the world of food at 360 o'clock. I love cooking for my family and for others, starting from the choice of recipes and the selection of ingredients. I like to experiment and I'm particularly passionate about pastry and leavened foods. I do research on ancient cookbooks and asking around, especially older ladies, their family recipes. Sicily, like all Italy, has an invaluable gastronomic heritage, whose recipes and preparations vary from house to house, not only between cities and provinces. This gives the palate the opportunity to enjoy the same traditional dishes with different ingredients, techniques and stories."
