Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
Shared Experience
In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
Your experience
In this engaging culinary course, you will acquire the skills to prepare the famous piadina. With just a few ingredients, expertly blended, you will bring to life one of the world's most prized delicacies, at least to my taste: the Piada, the quintessential bread of Romagna. This exquisite flatbread goes beautifully with sliced meats, cheeses, gratins and even Nutella. We will also pack delicious cassoni, closed variants of piada that turn out to be authentic goodness! Cassoni can be filled with mozzarella and tomato, mozzarella and cooked ham, potatoes and sausage, or with country herbs. To end on a sweet note, I will guide you in the preparation of a delicious Romagna doughnut, all accompanied by an excellent wine.

- Our cooking class with Patrizia was a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed learning to make piada and strozzapreti and look forward to making them again at home. The dinner that followed with Patrizia, her husband and their son Luca was also a highlight of our evening. They are great hosts.
- Cozy experience with great family and hospitality One of the most unique experiences we ever had.
- Patrizia is really polite, she has a beautiful home and an helpful son and husband who are also very nice! She told us all about the pasta and how to make it, we made our own pastas and Tiramisu and could taste it after. I've never been a fan of Tiramisu, but this one was so delicious! Thank you so much Patrizia, this is a memory we will never forget!

Cesarina from 2020Location: Rimini Languages: English and ItalianThe house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
