You'll also discover how to pasteurize eggs for the tiramisu. All of this takes place in my home, which boasts a beautiful garden in a peaceful and relaxing setting where you can spend a few fun hours. And to top it all off, I'll cook everything we've made so you can sample the flavors of my region and sip on a delicious glass of local wine.

: What a fantastic experience! Patrizia is very sweet en she makes you feel very comfortable. Her son helps very good and they are all lovely people. Making the pasta let you learn a lot about the culture and the history of Italy and their dishes and the sauce that she makes is delicious! The dog is also very sweet and a hugger :) The garden en their home makes you feel like you are in a fairytale, every detail is amazing. Must do when you are in Rimini!
