Your experience
  • Panzanella (tender bread with mature farmer tomatoes, farmer oil and basil)
  • Pappardelle (homemade pasta) with ragù
  • King's roll (roll of soft sponge cake)

We will welcome you to a typically Tuscan countryside setting where you'll find a warm fireplace in winter and a beautiful terrace with a nearby garden in summer. Together, we will knead the pasta dough, rolling it out traditionally with a rolling pin, then we'll pick tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden to prepare panzanella. To conclude, we'll make one of the most famous desserts from Arezzo gastronomy: the King's roll, a roll of soft sponge cake, soaked with an Alchermes syrup and filled with a classic custard cream and a chocolate custard. Through chats and curiosities, we'll try to impart our love for traditions and products of our land in an atmosphere of serene conviviality.

Cooking with our host Tania was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all of my expectations. Tania welcomed me and my sister into her home as if we were family. We spent the day making fresh pasta with herbs from her garden and the most delicious tiramisu. Her whole family (husband, mother, daughter, pets!) came to cook with us and it made the experience so special. The pasta and tiramisu we made were excellent, but the feeling of being welcomed into their home was what made it truly memorable. Tania gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip that we would have missed on our own. An incredible experience with flavors and feelings we will always remember!
