In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
Your experience
We will go to the market and buy vegetables, such as eggplant, zucchini, peppers and some very good sheep's milk ricotta produced by small local farms. We will taste Montepulciano D'Abruzzo wine. We will prepare a stir-fry of these vegetables, which we will use to make a dish I love: pasta alla pecorara.
We will make the famous homemade pasta anellini and a good meat sauce with tomato sauce and grana di pecorino cheese from my mountains. Finally, we will make a good tiramisu.
It will be an extraordinary experience of unforgettable flavors and aromas that will remain indelible in your memories.
I am the daughter of chefs with a passion for the traditional cuisine of my homeland: Abruzzo, that is, a wonderful land of sea and mountains.
