I am waiting for you in my home, on the shores of Lake Maggiore and overlooking the Borromean Islands, to share my passion for cooking with you! I am Gabriella and I have always loved traditional cooking. In my cooking class, I will teach you how to prepare three fresh pasta specialties: ravioli, tagliatelle and gnocchi. I will show you all the secrets to making perfect fresh pasta, from preparing the dough to making the different pasta shapes. I will guide you, step by step, in the preparation of the fillings and sauces that accompany these delicious dishes. At the end of the class, you will be able to taste the fruits of our labor, accompanied by a bottle of Piedmontese wine.

We loved everything about this experience. Gabriella and her husband were amazing hosts. Learning to cook these pastas and then enjoying them with the hosts was an experience we will never forget. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting the Baveno/Stresa area.

Gabriella's pasta cooking class was well-organized, informative and fun. We later enjoyed ravioli with butter and sage, tagliatelle with ragu and gnocchi with pesto - all delicious! Gabrielle and Fausto were wonderful hosts - it was like having dinner with friends! We highly recommend this class.
