In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
Your experience
- Parmigiana ( traditional dishes with eggplants, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil)
- Tagliatelle pasta with basil pesto
- Sicilian cannoli
Out of the hustle and bustle but overlooking the wonderful city of Palermo, I will be waiting for you to learn how to cook 3 traditional Sicilian must-haves.
We will start the experience with an appetizer of eggplant parmigiana with fresh sauce. We will prepare tagliatelle, just as my grandmother used to make them, topped with basil pesto from my garden. We will finish with a traditional cannoli with ricotta cheese. It will also be a great pleasure to go around my garden and have you pick what you will need to complete the dishes.
