Your experience
You will participate in a homemade pasta making class with the addition of edible flowers, here in the picturesque setting of San Demetrio ne Vestini. We will spend precious time together, devoting ourselves to the creation of different types of pasta, enriching it with edible flowers of many colors and scents. Finally, we will prepare and taste together the fruit of our labor, accompanied by an excellent glass of Abruzzo wine and typical local products.

Cesarina from 2023Location: San Demetrio Ne' Vestini Languages: Italian, English, SpanishI have always had a great passion for cooking, a passion that I have shared with relatives and friends, organizing gatherings that have hosted up to 30 people. I love hosting people and cooking, to the extent that I have provided catering services for communions and weddings of friends. My cooking is homely but very refined, using local products. I recently moved to San Demetrio, into a two-story house, each with a living room and kitchen, and a spacious outdoor area. This arrangement allows us to easily host new friends and introduce them to the dishes of my region. In addition to being welcomed and entertained (with possible themed dinners), guests have the opportunity to quickly explore wonderful places: just a short distance from my home, you can visit the beautiful "Grotte di Stiffe" or take a stroll through the historic center of L'Aquila, always lively and full of initiatives.
