Your experience
To begin, we will take a short tour of the local market, where we will purchase typical Apulian zero-kilometer products, such as vegetables and fruits, which we will use in our cooking lesson. The cooking class will be held at my home, located in the heart of Altamura's historic center, from which you can enjoy a marvelous view of the cathedral. Together, we will learn how to make the traditional fresh Apulian pasta: orecchiette.
We will start by selecting the ingredients, then proceed with preparing the dough, and conclude with a special toast and a tasting of seasonal local products.

- Esperienza magica da Pamela ad Altamura, sembrava di essere tornate indietro nel tempo tra tradizione e semplicità. Ospitalità e accoglienza sono state le protagoniste insieme alle tipiche ricette locali che fanno di Lei una Cesarina con la C maiuscola con tanto amore e passione!
