Small Group hands-on cooking class with 2 pasta recipes and tiramisù followed by a tasting of the recipes prepared during the lesson
In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
- Pizzoccheri (a type of short tagliatelle, a flat ribbon pasta, made with buckwheat flour and wheat flour)
- Colorful ravioli (plating with seasonal vegetable hues)
- Tiramisu / Jam tart
In a typical and lively Italian house in the city center i wait for you to share my passion for cooking.
We will use our five senses to prepare and taste three typical and delicious traditional dishes. One of the special courses that we will cook together will be a tasty handmade pasta, with buckwheat flour, called "pizzoccheri", I love it because there is a beautiful combination of vegetables and cheeses. I don't want to describe everything, I let you discover the other recipes at my house that, for a few hours, will also be your home.
