- Risotto “alla Milanese” (risotto with saffron) with marrowbones

We will cook risottos together and make fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle, ravioli and pizzoccheri with buckwheat and cheeses from the mountains of Lake Como . I will tell you the stories and legends that each recipe brings. And we will taste the dishes while enjoying a wonderful view of Como and the lake. We will also gather herbs in my garden and use them in the dishes we will cook and eat together.
