From a charming terrace or garden overlooking the sea or directly on the beach, we will prepare together a selection of typical Sicilian appetizers. These include bruschetta with salted butter and anchovies, mortadella mousse to enjoy on fragrant crostini, tuna mousse with capers and olives, tomato bruschetta, and small savory puffs with sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, zucchini, and Sicilian pistachio pesto.

As well as dishes from other Italian regions (Roman-style artichokes, sautéed chicory, amatriciana, carbonara, Genoese farinata, Genoese cheese focaccia, Tuscan ribollita, tripe in tomato sauce). You will be taken to local markets to purchase fresh products and then cook them. English and French are spoken languages.
