- Mathilde was very passionate and we could practice ourselves and ask questions. With a nice aperitif on the terrace and a beautiful set table were we enjoyed our selfmade pasta and tiramisu, is was a true celebration!
- Matilde was amazing, she welcomed us into her home like family. We made a meal with fresh ingredients right from the garden, before sitting down to a family style meal and sharing stories. Absolutely wonderful.

- A highlight of our trip! We had a wonderful evening making tiramisu and several types of pasta with Matilde. It was a true hands-on experience and she is a gracious and skilled teacher. We got the hang of making the oricchiette and cavatelli pretty quickly - l can’t wait to try at home! It was lovely to enjoy the delicious fruits of our labor with Matilde and Carlo and to also enjoy the appetizers and wine they generously shared. Altogether a wonderful evening and an experience not to be missed.

She has always loved cooking, especially for her family, especially treats such as bread, biscuits and desserts of all kinds.
