Welcome to all lovers of classic Tuscan cuisine with Campanian touches, rooted in my roots. My mantra is "Treat your guest as you would like to be treated." I offer a lunch or dinner that begins with a Tuscan appetizer followed by a main course of your choice of pappardelle al cinghiale, pasta and potatoes with provolone cheese, or candele alla genovese, all typical dishes from my home region. As a main course, I offer delicious meat and vegetable fillings to enrich the meal. Everything will be accompanied by a selection of local wines, white and red, from the Tuscan hills. Finally, to end on a sweet note, a delicious dessert. I look forward to meeting you and sharing with you my passion for classic and convivial cuisine.
