I will guide you in the preparation of pasta, potatoes and provolone cheese, a Campania specialty now renowned throughout the world. As a main course, I will teach you how to make fresh gnocchi by hand, with a flour and potato dough, topped with a delicious fresh tomato sauce, fragrant basil and stringy mozzarella cheese. To conclude, we will offer you the classic Tiramisu, enriched with the aroma of coffee and decorated with chocolate.
