Cooking class: learn how to cook Italian recipes and taste the dishes prepared during the lesson

Private Experience

Private experiences are reserved for you and any guests you have booked for: no other people will be added so that you can enjoy maximum privacy.

Your experience
  • Typical Piedmontese appetizer
  • Agnolotti: small semicircular ravioli with meat
  • Bonet (typical pudding with amaretti biscuits and chocolate) or panna cotta (creamy sugary pudding)

During this cooking class we will prepare together a typical Piedmontese menu that aims to enhance the flavors of tradition. We will learn together my family's already proven and always appreciated recipes.

Everything will be paired with a good wine from our land. At the end of our meeting, I will say goodbye by leaving you a small gift that I made for you. I look forward to seeing you!

We had a wonderful time learning to cook with Eugenia. She is a very kind and gracious teacher and she prepared some delicious dishes to pair alongside our homemade pasta and tiramisu. We had so much fun preparing our meal and have so many photos and videos to remember this experience thanks to her husband. We highly recommend this class for anyone who stops by Torino.

Upon arrival at the warm home of Eugenia, my friend and I were proficiently and patiently instructed in making panna cotta, agnolotti and a roasted pepper dish from a family recipe. Luckily, Eugenia believes in hands on lessons and we learned by doing, built up our confidence for future attempts at making pasta, and had a lot of laughs! The meal afterwards was delicious and full of conversation about our different cultures. I would highly recommend Eugenia and this type of lesson.

We had the cooking class with Jenni in her home. It was so awesome! She is a wonderful cook and a great teacher. Her and her husband had a beautiful home and made us feel like family. It was such a great experience and I would suggest it to anyone traveling to Italy.

"The passion for cooking has always intrigued and overwhelmed me. For years it has been a gesture of love towards my three children and my large family of origin and now I put the same dedication at the disposal of those who come for pleasure, for work, but also for those who live in the beautiful city of Turin and want to taste the flavors of traditional Piedmontese cuisine. My house is located in the hills near the "Villa della Regina" and is easily accessible by public transport from the city center; here my husband and I also have a small garden where we can welcome our guests in good weather, for a welcome drink. I have a great passion for organic flours which I use regularly to make bread, pasta and above all sweets, my great predilection ".
