Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
The menu for a special occasion should be special, but respect tradition. For this reason we will prepare together a fish appetizer: you can choose from fried fish balls or cuttlefish with Swiss chard, apples and lemon zest.
We will continue by making fresh pasta: noodles, which are great with a fish sauce. The sauce we will make together will be a citrus and dried fruit pesto, to which we will add pieces of fish. A dessert will follow: tiramisu or a chocolate dessert, your choice. Your table will never lack bread and focaccia made by me and, of course, excellent local wine. The experience may be in Italian, English or French, depending on your country of origin.
