"I am a cook and a kitchen historian, I know the artisanal production realities of Como and its mountains. I search for historical dishes from northern Italy and I make them, often adapting them to today. Above all country dishes, where raw materials brought from the city are mixed , in the holiday villas of the city furniture, such as precious spices that only arrived in the city, with meats, vegetables and cheeses produced on the hills. Specialized also in French country cuisine ".

We had a wonderful time with Anna! We enjoyed learning the secrets behind great Italian cooking. Anna was charming and welcomed us into her lovely home. Can't wait to try making pasta on our own.

Anna provided an authentic, welcoming experience with absolutely lovely and delicious Italian food. I attended the class with my parents and can speak for all of us when saying this was one of the most memorable parts of our experience in Italy. We started with an incredible aperativo spread and Anna shared fascinating details about each offering, featuring meats and cheeses of Italy and a 10 year old balsamic! The two pastas prepared were an absolute blast to make - she incorporated us in the cooking which was so memorable! We hope to recreate these beautiful dishes in the future. A ceremonial way to spend an evening in Italy. Thank you so much Anna!!
