Your experience
In a charming old mansion in the historic center of Palermo, we will welcome you to experience unforgettable convivial moments and emotional sharing through the preparation and tasting of some traditional Sicilian dishes.
The lunch/dinner will open with
- - Typical local hors d'oeuvres: white (Nocellara del Belìce) and black olives; Sicilian cheeses and cold cuts; 'u passatiempu (passatempo) that is, salted and toasted dried fruit; bread.
To follow

First course: fresh homemade pasta topped with Trapani-style pesto.

Second course: Codfish a "sfincione": tomato, onion, oregano, breadcrumbs, caciocavallo (typical Sicilian cheese).

Dessert: Biancomangiare with caramel gelée.
