Let's share half a day in my home, discovering the secrets of Emilian puff pastry with a pinch of "Tuscanity"!

First courses:

  • Ravioli di Pasta Sfoglia Stuffed with Ricotta and Spinach: Tuscan tradition combines with the lightness of puff pastry for a dish that melts in your mouth.

  • Pasticcio di Lasagne al Ragù Toscano: a layer of crisp puff pastry enclosing the warm, enveloping heart of a traditional meat sauce.

Main courses, side dishes and desserts will change depending on the season and guests' tastes, but tiramisu in the garden is guaranteed.

Roberta was a very welcoming host. Her home was beautiful and she made us feel comfortable as soon as we entered. The food was delicious and we learnt so much from her. We have made memories to last a lifetime and we can’t wait to try out the recipes for our guests at home. Grazie mille Roberta!

Being Tuscan, my cuisine is a blend of Tuscan and Emiliana traditions. From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo. My kitchen reflects my passion for tradition and the joy of sharing these gastronomic pleasures with others.
